Shipping
A minium order of $300. is required for shipping purposes.  The boxes, bags, oxygen, other materials
and travel time are costly that we put forth to ship your koi, however we don't charge you any of this
unless your order is below the minium order or if the koi purchased is very large and needs a huge
cooler to be shipped in.



Shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Koi are shipped FedEx Overnight.  Email for details and freight cost estimate from FedEx.
Sorry, but we can only ship to USA residents that can receive FedEx shipments overnight.
This is for the koi's safety.  Please call or email to discuss shipping details.  Some one must
be home when the koi arrive that can personally take care of them.

Visits
With the soaring costs of shipping live koi sometimes a visit and pickup will be more
practical.  If you are within driving range and would like to pick up or select your new koi
then let us know a few days ahead of your planned visit.  There is not a minimum order or
packaging charges if you pick the koi up.

Payment
Call or email to reserve the koi that you wish to purchase.  Payment can be made by
personal check or paypal.

Quarantine
It is common practice and important to quarantine any new koi received, no matter who
that they come from before introducing them into your established koi population.
Quarantine should last for a minimun of thirty days.  Quarantine is a safety measure that
should not be overlooked.
