Shipping

A minimum order of $300 is required. The boxes, bags and oxygen that we ship your Koi in are expensive, however we don’t charge you for the packing and box charge UNLESS. Unless the Koi purchased is very large and requires a large cooler to be shipped in. If we have to purchase a large cooler we will need to charge our customer one half of the large cooler purchase price.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Orders are shipped FedEx overnight. E-mail for details.

Sorry, but we can only ship to USA residents that can receive
FedEx shipments overnight. This is for the Koi’s safety.

Some one must be home when the koi arrive that can personally
take care of them.

Payment

Call to reserve the Koi you wish to purchase.

Payment may be made by personal checks, business checks or Paypal.
Personal and buss. checks will delay your order for a
few days until they clear.

Quarantine

It is common practice and important to quarantine any new Koi received, no matter who they come from, before introducing them to your established Koi population. Quarantine should last for a minimum of 30 days. Quarantine is a safety measure that should not be overlooked.
