Dear Mike,  My experience with Hammock Koi Farm has been extremely gratifying.  You were very responsive, helpful and concerned about every aspect of the selection, sale and shipment.  The health of these fish obviously come first as you checked with me about local weather conditions that might delay delivery, and you've even checked on the koi several times since they arrived.  Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that they looked even better than their photos (no easy feat since the quality of these koi is exceptional)  I can't wait to take them to some of the koi shows this fall!

Both the shiro utsuries and the yamabuki are flourishing.  They haven't missed a beat despite the shipment and having to adjust to different water conditions (and temperatures) than those in Tennessee.  They are even beginning to hand-feed!  You run a class operation Mike and I look forward to working with you again in the near future!

     Hard to believe that our koi have been in our pond for 4 weeks now.  I think they have grown, everyone thinks so, hard to tell when I see them so much everyday.  All are well and seem to be very happy in their new home.  I'm so pleased with the quality of the koi that you helped me select.  When I started this project last year, I never dreamed I could have a set of koi this outstanding.

I received the koi on time.  They're now swimming around and exploring their new home.  I'm surprised how fast they adopted.  I thought they would be hanging in the bottom.  I have the net over the pond and the aerators on.  Added some koi clay.  I will hold off on the feeding and test the water tomorrow.  So far, everything looks good.  The koi are absolutely stunning.  If I ever need more koi, you'll be the first person I'll contact.  Your koi and your customer service are second to none.  You got yourself one happy customer here.
